How to exploit
the Liguan
  • SPECULATIVE DESIGN, INSTALLATION

  • A speculative project exploring the animal economy through a fictional organism, the “Liguan,” whose body is exploited as material, medicine, and reproductive resource. Combining bio-inspired design with mechanical systems, the work reconstructs forced breeding structures to reflect on anthropocentrism.

SKILLS: Concept Development, Worldbuilding, Installation Design, Fabrication, Bio-visual Research

Who Killed That
Mad Woman?
  • INTERACTIVE INSTALLATION,  AR

  • A project exploring how East Asian media constructs the “mad woman” and the shifting roles of victim, bystander, and perpetrator.Through AR and sound-based installations, it reflects on complicity and the blurred boundaries of innocence.

SKILLS: Interaction Design, Creative Coding, AR, 3D Modeling

The Name is Si-Chen
  • INTERACTIVE  GAME

  • An interactive game exploring an East Asian upbringing shaped by pressure and expectation.Through metaphorical scenarios, it reflects on the tension between Confucian values and modern individualism.

SKILLS: Interaction Design, Game Design, Creative Coding, 3D Environment Design

Happy Porky
  • PERFORMANCE

  • Inspired by a field visit to a “humane” pig farm, this project questions the illusion of animal welfare within industrial farming. Combining research with performance and prop design, it satirizes how improved conditions are used to justify and commodify suffering.

SKILLS: Performance Design, Prop Design, Interaction Design, Creative Coding, 3D Modeling, Fabrication

Stupigood
  • INTERACTIVE  KINETIC  INSTALLATIONS

  • Inspired by Jacques Lecoq’s idea of the clown as a figure of expressive freedom, this project reflects on how technological advancement may threaten free expression.Through a series of kinetic installations, it reimagines the role of the clown in the future, translating historical forms and movements into new performative systems.
